Have you been feeling tired, achy, or worried? It can be easy in these times to neglect our self-care. In this chair yoga workshop, we will practice simple ways to breathe and move into deep relaxation of mind, body, and spirit. Together, we will experience joy in community. You will leave feeling calm, confident, and energized, ready to move forward into your day and into your life. Link will be sent a few days prior to event. Fee: $15
Facilitator: Dr. Nadine Kelly is a retired pathologist, taekwondo blackbelt, experienced yoga instructor, and health integration coach. Her work focuses on wellness and prevention, bringing together physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, social, and intellectual pillars of health. Through behavioral modification coaching and yoga, Nadine works with women who won’t settle for anything less than thriving, to live their healthiest lives, at every stage.
