While part of us laments the ending of summer, the autumn landscape has much to teach us about hope.  It challenges us to look at life through a different lens—to see with “sacred eyes” the endings that precede new beginnings, the breakdown that is often necessary for rebirth, the chaos that is an important stage in the creative process, and the night that always gives way to a new day!  Through prayer, ritual, and conversation we will try to uncover seeds of hope in the midst of the chaos within and around us; and gather hope from other people of faith who have worked in the fields of their own lives.  Fee:  $20

Facilitator:   Mary Ruth Broz, RSM is a Sister of Mercy.  She is a retreat facilitator and spiritual director.  She has an M. Div. degree from the Jesuit School of Theology and a Doctor of Ministry degree from St. Mary of the Lake University in Mundelein, IL.
