The journey and practice of mindfulness can be summed up in the phrase “No Mud, No Flower”.  As humans we all experience pain—both emotional and physical. If we accept the idea that  “The obstacle does not block the path, the obstacle is the path”, we can begin to discover a space from which we open and discover a mindful practice that is based upon curiosity, acceptance, and kindness.  The practices of awareness and meditation grow resilience, and resilience deepens emotional balance.   Fee:  $25

Facilitator:  Wayland H. Iverson (BA, MA, MAT, CMT-P) is a mindfulness coach and facilitator.  He is certified to teach Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction and has teaching certification from the Engaged Mindfulness Institute.
